Riesling 2009 Grand Cru

Characteristics and Serving Advice

Wine analysis

The nose of the Riesling is very clear, even on the fruit. It starts with a reminder of gun flint or smoke.

It has a good balance in mouth with an acidity possessing a slight sweetness. The finish on the palate is very agreeable.

Its quality will improve with the years.
An excellent gastronomical wine which perfectly accompanies fish, especially seam bream, bass or salmon, grilled or cooked in butter based sauces. It can be served magnificently with all white meats.
